About the position

Techstep partner division has the mission to build a European wide sales partner program from scratch to success. Techstep has a strong culture and are industry-leading in helping businesses working mobile and the eco-system around it. Techstep is a digital transformation leader, and the partner division is the key to enable our partners to achieve success and thrive. We believe that our offering will strengthening the relationship between the partners and their customers.

Responsibilities

Build the Sales Partner program from scratch to success. Drive Partner Success: Analyze partner capabilities and priorities, build and execute business plans, ensure goals are met and investments are made with partners that are committed and capable. Drive growth and Industry Impact.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has built a European Sales Partner program from scratch to success. Higher education/degree in economics or technical subjects Be able to understand the market environment, technology, roadmap and business challenges faced by customers. Location and Remuneration

Location: Based in Europe. Either remote working, or in one of Techsteps offices. Compensation: Package will consist of competitive on target earnings (OTE) including a fixed salary plus bonus
